Your role involves:

  • As a member of the Founder's Office, you'll be working closely with the leaders’ to create data-driven insights that directly impact business decisions.
  • Creating dashboards that track projects, business metrics & KPIs across all our teams, as well as identify critical levers that help push those metrics in the right direction.
  • MIS and analytics - reports, forecasts (business and financial)
  • Identify business-specific value creation opportunities through an integrated analysis of industry trends, financial statements, competitive benchmarking, and positioning
  • Own strategic initiatives related to growth and business operations
  • Manage key stakeholders - legal, finance, and banking partners.

What we expect :

  • Must have - Advanced Excel, working knowledge, or experience with Google Office Suite.
  • An overall experience of 5-7 years, ideally with 1 - 2 years of cross-functional experience in a high-growth start-up environment (SaaS-based, preferably in a founder's office), or professional work experience in finance/data-analytics/management consulting, etc.
  • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • Willingness to work in a rapidly scaling environment, highly collaborative & constantly facing ambiguous situations that require a robust independent mindset.
  • Excellent communicator who can effortlessly distill complex information into simple insights and convey them across a diverse cross-functional team.
