- 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in an AI or video-related field
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to a diverse audience

- Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
- Proven track record of setting a clear vision and executing on it
- Bias for action and ability to clear deadlocks

Your role involves
- As a Product Manager at Rephrase.ai, you will play a critical role in influencing the future of our company. You will be responsible for creating and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI video platform.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and to drive growth.
- Your primary responsibility will be to build products that are easy to use, scalable, and deliver value to our customers. You will have a deep understanding of AI products and be able to apply this knowledge to develop innovative video solutions that set us apart from our competitors.

- Problem identification: Talk to customers from different industries using personalized videos, internal teams, and understand their pain points.
- Solutionizing: Iterate on solutions and priority frameworks based on feedback from customers and internal teams.
- Building: Manage the chaos. Write high-quality product requirement docs and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time.Launch Products: Draft and execute a go-to-market plan in conjunction with business teams.
