We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Rephrase.ai. In this leadership role, you will play a vital part in the development and growth of our products by mentoring junior developers and collaborating with other team members to create exceptional user experiences. Your expertise in frontend, backend and cloud technologies will be critical in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
What we're looking for
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and experience with frontend frameworks, preferably React.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of full stack development experience in a product company.
- Strong knowledge of backend technologies, preferably Python, and familiarity with database systems like MySQL.
- Experience with cloud services and infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Advanced understanding of front-end styling and coding, including CSS/SCSS, and ability to create responsive web experiences for various devices and browsers.
Your Role Involves
- Leading the development and implementation of user interface components using modern frontend frameworks and workflows.
- Collaborating with the Product and Design teams to support the implementation of clean, user-friendly UI, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Driving the development process, from spec to tested production code, while mentoring and guiding junior developers.
- Deploying and managing cloud services to support the development and operation of our platform, preferably AWS.
- Learning and adapting to best practices for maintainability and scalability of design systems, and supporting the team in architecting solutions for a growing platform.
