To build a personal connection and relationship with all on-ground insurance agents as well as employees of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. (BAGIC) and enhance communication with a personalized touch.

To achieve this, BAGIC used Rephrase.ai’s Synthetic Media technology to create a digital avatar of the MD & CEO Mr. Tapan Singhel to create personalized videos to send employees, customers, and all customer care advisors messages, birthday wishes, appreciation, and personally extended his and the entire company’s support and care.

With these personalized wishes and messages, BAGIC created a unique way to address and establish a communication channel, start a personalized relationship with the key stakeholders of the organization.
