DBS Singapore’s goal for the year is to introduce and implement new, innovative and unique technological milestones in communication.

For New Years 2022, the idea was to  leave the traditional emails and text-based messages behind and use Rephrase.ai’s technology to create hyper-personalized wishes sent to all members of the DBS Leadership.

By creating a digital avatar of MD and Group Head, Mr. Royce Teo, DBS sent out personalized New Years greetings and welcomed the year of innovation, tech and AI through his message.
