According to the World Food Program, the number of individuals facing food insecurity in 2023 is projected to reach a staggering 345 million, which is more than double the figure recorded in 2020.
This figure is worrying. So Aditya Birla Capital wanted to create a Corporate Social Responsibility campaign that would target this issue and help alleviate its severity.
🟢 The Solution
Aditya Birla Capital started an initiative called #MovementAgainstHunger, a Corporate Social ResponsibilitySR campaign against poverty and hunger.
They wanted to spread awareness and encourage donations from people for the campaign. For every donor who donated for the same, they received a personalized message from the Olympic athlete Bajrang Punia.
Every time a person donated, the personalized congratulatory message from the athlete would thank them for donating to the cause.
This personalized touch not only acknowledged the donors' generosity but also created a sense of connection and involvement in the cause.
