To build a personal connection and relationship with all on-ground insurance agents as well as employees of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. (BAGIC) and enhance communication with a personalized touch.

To achieve this, BAGIC used Rephrase.ai’s Synthetic Media technology to create a AI avatar of the MD & CEO Mr. Tapan Singhel.
Once his AI avatar was ready, we set out to create personalized videos to send to employees, customers, and all customer care advisors messages, birthday wishes, appreciation, and personally extended his and the entire company’s support and care. The use of synthetic media technology allowed BAGIC to scale personalization efficiently and effectively, reaching a wide range of stakeholders with customized messages.
With these personalized wishes and messages, BAGIC created a unique way to address and establish a communication channel and start a personalized relationship with the key stakeholders of the organization.
